Had a sweet stay! The pool was lush and the beach right there. The only bummer was the breakfast needed a bit more variety, but the bar meals were delish!

The hotel offers a superb pool area filled with palm trees and soft music, creating a chilled-out ambiance for lounging. It's just a quick stroll from the stunning San Juan beach, where there are several Mediterranean restaurants, perfect for those nights when you want to venture out for dinner.

The tram station, while a five-minute walk, can be a hassle since trams run infrequently in the evenings. Breakfast options were on the pricey side, and the nearby restaurants often closed early during the quieter November months. The bathroom in my room had outdated fittings, and water temperature regulation was tricky, leading to occasional scalding. some areas of the hotel could use a refresh as things felt a bit worn down, especially the shower setup, which lacked proper barriers, leaving the bathroom floor wet.

A two-night stay brought great experiences, particularly the superb food which included delightful toast options at breakfast, and a clean room with most necessary amenities. the shower setup could use an upgrade. a walk-in shower would enhance comfort. hiring a kettle should come standard, as I found myself lacking a way to enjoy hot beverages in the room. a pleasant visit, but small adjustments are needed for a better stay.

Loved the pool area. always plenty of loungers available (even in peak season)! The tram was super convenient for getting into Alicante. friendly staff made the whole experience enjoyable.

The restaurant at Almirante was a culinary wonderland! I devoured the grilled meat that was bursting with flavor—absolute fire! And the nearby dining spots like Casa Domingo and Restaurante Casa Julio served up wicked bites just a short stroll away. Plus, the hotel's cleanliness and modern vibe truly made it a delightful stay.

We paid for a Premium room, but the experience missed the mark—room upkeep was a letdown! We faced issues with the door lock, leaving us stranded for 1.5 hours, and cleaning was hit or miss. I really missed those coffee refills, too. It dimmed the shine this time around.
